COLLECTIONS
Orders are usually available to collect the same day, and often within the hour during quieter times.
You will receive a 'Collection Ready Email' to confirm your order is ready to collect.
Please see our OPENING HOURS to plan your collection.
DELIVERY
We aim to pick, pack & post your order in 1-3 days Mon-Friday.
We then send using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 or DPD Tracked Courier with delivery times between 1-3 days.
If your order is urgent then please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS
No returns accepted.
However if you have any issues with your order then contact us immediately so that we can quickly fix the problem for you.
COVID-19
We aim to get your orders out as quick as possible, while using appropriate PPE & maintaining our usual high levels of hygiene.
We are now open as normal again, 7 days a week, our normal hours. You are able to come inside the shop once more!, we are no longer serving from our Covid Safe Counter in the doorway, but we can accommodate any concerns if required. There is still a full menu available available.
